Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or legal guardian who signs up, and CodeAlpha, LLC ("we"), for the Bell Tutor AI tutoring service. By signing up you agree to them.

Who can sign up

You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of each child you add. You sign up and pay; your child uses Bell Tutor with the private link we give you. You're responsible for how that link is used.

Payment

What Bell Tutor is, and isn't

Sessions and availability

Book session times on your account page so Bell Tutor is ready. Bell Tutor runs on our own servers in Texas; if the power or internet there goes out, sessions can't run until it's back. We don't promise uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

Don't share your child's link publicly, try to break or overload the service, use it to harass anyone, or try to get Bell Tutor to produce harmful content. We may suspend an account that does.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect from your child and your rights, including deleting your child's data at any time.

Limits on our liability

Bell Tutor is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or right away if these terms are broken.

General

Texas law governs these terms. We may update them; if a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Questions: [email protected], 903-339-5048.
